Keep This Stock Ticker on Your Watchlist

They’re a private company, but Pacaso just reserved the Nasdaq ticker “$PCSO.”

No surprise the same firms that backed Uber, eBay, and Venmo already invested in Pacaso. What is unique is Pacaso is giving the same opportunity to everyday investors. And 10,000+ people have already joined them.

Created a former Zillow exec who sold his first venture for $120M, Pacaso brings co-ownership to the $1.3T vacation home industry.

They’ve generated $1B+ worth of luxury home transactions across 2,000+ owners. That’s good for more than $110M in gross profit since inception, including 41% YoY growth last year alone.

And you can join them today for just $2.90/share. But don’t wait too long. Invest in Pacaso before the opportunity ends September 18.

Google’s Veo 3 can now generate vertical AI videos

Google has introduced support for 1080p resolution and vertical video formats in its Veo 3 AI video generator. Both Veo 3 and Veo 3 Fast, a faster and more affordable version, now allow users to generate videos in a 9:16 aspect ratio, better suited for mobile devices and social media apps. This feature can be enabled by setting the aspectRatio parameter in API requests to 9:16. Developers can also set the resolution of generated videos to 1080p, up from the previous 720p limitation. Google has made Veo 3 and Veo 3 Fast stable and ready for scaled production use in the Gemini API. Generation through Veo 3 is now $0.40 per second, down from $0.75, and the Veo 3 Fast model has been cut to $0.15 per second. This support is expected to be added to YouTube Shorts later this summer.

Firefox launches ‘shake to summarize’ on iPhones

Firefox is set to enable users to shake their iPhone to receive an AI-generated summary of the webpage they are on. This feature will be available on iPhone 15 Pro or newer once iOS 26 launches. On older iOS versions, Mozilla will use its cloud-based AI system to create summaries and insert them on top of the webpage. Users can access AI-generated summaries by tapping the "thunderbolt" icon in the address bar or selecting "Summarize page." Shake to summarize will only work on webpages with fewer than 5,000 words. Firefox will become one of the first major third-party apps to integrate with Apple Intelligence.

Gemini app finally expands to audio files

Google has made three major updates to its Gemini-powered products, including the Gemini app accepting audio files, Search handling five new languages, and NotebookLM creating reports in the form of blog posts, study guides, and quizzes. Audio file compatibility was the top request for the Gemini app, with free users having a maximum of 10 minutes of audio and five free prompts daily. Google Search's AI Mode now offers five new language options: Hindi, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, and Brazilian Portuguese. The Gemini-powered NotebookLM software also offers new report styles in over 80 languages based on a user's uploaded documents, files, and media. Standard report formats include study guides, briefing docs, blog posts, flashcards, and quizzes, with the feature expected to be 100% available by the end of this week. Google has been introducing AI-related features in recent months, including Gemini automatically recalling user details and preferences from past conversations, Workspace's video generation software Vids, and Photos upgrading to the latest video generation software Veo 3.
