Apple’s latest MacBook Pro with M4 is down to its lowest price to date

The MacBook Pro 14 with M4 is a top laptop recommendation for students, currently available at an all-time low price of $1,299 ($300 off) on Amazon and Best Buy. This entry-level laptop is powerful enough to process high-resolution raw files in Adobe's Lightroom Classic and play Cyberpunk. It has a 14.2-inch high resolution (3024 x 1964) 120Hz Mini-LED display, 16GB of RAM, and 512GB of storage. The MacBook Pro has a port selection advantage over the thinner MacBook Air, including three Thunderbolt 4 ports, an HDMI port, and an SD Card slot. It also has a MagSafe port for charging. The battery lasts over 12 hours of moderate to heavy usage, depending on the apps and screen brightness level.

Microsoft releases lightweight Office taskbar apps for Windows 11

Microsoft is introducing lightweight taskbar apps for Microsoft 365 users on Windows 11. These apps will automatically launch at startup, providing quick access to contacts, file search, and calendar. The People companion offers a browsable org chart, allowing users to quickly start Teams messages or calls. The File Search companion allows quick access to Microsoft 365 files from the taskbar, with preview options and filtering and sharing options. The Calendar app provides a quick view of a Microsoft 365 calendar. IT admins can prevent the automatic installation.

Samsung has launched its first Micro RGB TV with improved color accuracy

Samsung has launched a 115-inch TV featuring its new Micro RGB backlight technology, which is an upgrade to Mini LED backlights. The technology uses an ultra-fine pattern of individually controlled red, green, and blue LEDs, each less than 100µm in size. Samsung's Micro RGB AI engine analyzes each frame in real time and automatically optimizes color output for a more lifelike and immersive picture. The technology is cheaper to produce than MicroLED TVs and can even boost color in dull scenes. Other features of the new 4K TV include a 144Hz variable refresh rate for gaming, AI upscaling, HDR10+ support, a 70-watt 4.2.2 speaker setup, four HDMI 2.0 ports, USB-A ports, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and the ability to sync color with Philips Hue lights.

Big investors are buying this “unlisted” stock

When the founder who sold his last company to Zillow for $120M starts a new venture, people notice. That’s why the same VCs who backed Uber, Venmo, and eBay also invested in Pacaso.

Disrupting the real estate industry once again, Pacaso’s streamlined platform offers co-ownership of premier properties, revamping the $1.3T vacation home market.

And it works. By handing keys to 2,000+ happy homeowners, Pacaso has already made $110M+ in gross profits in their operating history.

Now, after 41% YoY gross profit growth last year alone, they recently reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO.
